Save the Date! There’s an exciting and exclusive pop up coming to East London, and it falls over a good weekend to visit the capital if you’ve got a wedding to plan. This pop up, ‘The Aussie Bridal Salon’, will run from Thursday 2nd – Sunday 5th March in the Town Hall Hotel in Bethnal Green. In addition, the coveted Chosen Wedding Fair is the 5th March, and there’s also The London Bridal Show on the same weekend. Even though the latter is a trade only exhibition for buyers, there’s guaranteed to be a bridal buzz around the city. A great opportunity for a hen party or weekend away with your mum amid your planning journey.
Designers will include Bo & Luca, Cathleen Jia and Nevenka, all known for their directional and modern design – the perfect match for the Town Hall Hotel. Knot & Pop have created this pop up salon to allow UK brides the chance to shop these never-before-stocked labels, and have included a luxury wedding shop within the hotel. Expect the best of candles, loungewear, scents, ‘maids gifts, jewellery, and a few other inspiring bits and pieces.
Tickets are available from townhallhotel.com and biletto at £75 a ticket, and the price includes:

The Designers
Bo & Luca brings together intricate artisanal skill and a boho sensibility for a collection that has amassed a global following. Based in Sydney, the brand conjures a mood of glamorous yesteryears, instinctual style and timeless appeal.

Cathleen Jia is based in Melbourne and is famed for her signature vintage-inspired gowns and head-pieces. Her designs unify classic with contemporary to create an ever-lasting style.
Price range: separates from £455 - £1500
Nevenka is a luxury Melbourne based fashion house, specialising in both custom made and ready to wear collections that take inspiration from the designer’s eastern European heritage. Perfect for the alternative and style savvy bride, Nevenka designs speak of effortlessly bohemian appeal with a contemporary twist.

The super stylish Town Hall Hotel made the shortlist of venues for my own wedding due to its famed deco architecture and design-led interiors (and close proximity to my house), and I am sure this bridal pop up will be a marriage made in hipster heaven due the venue’s connection to its sister hotel in Sydney, and the modern approach to weddings conveyed by Knot & Pop.
An stunning setting to welcome these incredible designers to the UK, and to give British brides something different for their ultimate dress quest experience, if you ask me.
