Wedding Guest Dresses – Pick of the Sales

Weddings can expensive!  I have 8 weddings between now and next April, so I’m scouting out the sales at the minute for purse friendly ways I can look every bit the Devine Bride at all of them! 

Here are some goodies I’ve found in the sales (and still in a range of sizes, too): 

Red
The catwalks were awash with red this season, and when else do you get to wear red apart from Christmas?  I love the futuristic look of this River Island one, very Alexander McQueen, and the Miss Selfridge shift dress looks really comfortable and fuss free. 

Red mesh cut out skater dress, River Island; was £85, now £40. 
Red ruffle shift dress, Miss Selfridge; was £39, now £20.

I’ve given you the option of a modern and a classic style here, take your pick!  Both styles and shapes are ultra-flattering, just choose your shoes wisely – a simple white or tan sandal would complete the summer look nicely.  

White, navy and yellow Memphis print dress, Oasis; was £55, now £28. 
Yellow and white print Pippa-May jacquard dress, Coast; was £119, now £59.  

The Slip Dress
Slip dresses are super trendy right now and are super easy to wear.  These little cuties would be great for a wedding somewhere warm. 

Lemon side split 90s dress, Warehouse; was £49, now £35.  
Coral red dress with lace bodice, H&M; was £49.99, now £19.99.  

Navy
Keep is classy with a slick of navy.  Navy is always a safer option, a great and more fashionable alternative to black.  These would also be easy to adapt for a recycle job at a winter wedding.  

Navy Petra pleat knit dress, Phase Eight @ John Lewis; was £99, now £49.50. 
Navy lace bodycon dress, Pied a Terre @ House of Fraser; was £110, now £33.
